BTW, if you're going to kill someone, use a car. Vehicular related deaths are higher than gun deaths in the annual death count. No one screams about car grabbing in incidents like this.

#6 Without knowing any details, it seems unlikely she would have done this on purpose. Maybe she has ADD, who knows. She's going to be worse on herself than any of us could ever be. I'm sorry for everyone involved.

#7 So let's say she has ADD or some other mental health issue. Those are likely permanent. So she should never be allowed to drive. What other things do people commonly do that the mental illness in question can screw up and kill people?
