#1 ...Somebody knew exactly what they were doing. The property surrounding Ling is being developed, and the developer wanted it out of there...complicated by the fact that apparently it would have cost a small fortune to dredge the canals to get her out of there - to the point where it might have been cheaper to scrap her in place. Stay tuned...
