#3 Set up a .gov website that takes requests to remove themselves from holding any classification. Put the initiative and consequences squarely on the requestor's shoulders. Send them a very nice automated thank you.

#11 Trump should ask McRaven if he supported all of Obama’s policies or chose not speak out about Obama’s policies he disagreed. Either way McRaven will look like a political hack or a liar. Then revoke his clearance.
