#8 Enforce the law, especially in California. Abandoning the Americans here is unconscionable. I cannot believe that the reaction of my government to seditious behavior by public officials is tacit acceptance. Enforce the law and charge those who undermine it through malfeasance in office. Start with the state Capitol and governor.

Ultimately, the job could get done, but not without major egg-face wiping by Mr. Brown.
