We see it in transit.
We assume it will be erected for launch.
World mouth noises say it is a bad thing.
Mild intervention while in transit must be better than explosive destruction on a world stage later.

Maybe that's worth the wait.

#7 I'm beginning to realize that "do nothing" at this point may be the smart thing to do.

Seems that the Chinese want us to do the dirty deed and be blamed for it, win-win for China.

So stanchions against China, force them to deal with it themselves is what Trump is aiming for.

IT really is China mess, let China clean it up.
