#7 Allow planned parenthood to have funding for mamagrams only (since that's what they claim they do all the time). Then withhold other funding until it can be straightened out if they are in fact doing an excessive amount of abortions in the black community along the lines of Margrett Sanger's plan and let the Dems defend that.

I'll try and be subtle. Planned Parenthood is basically a culling tool. Hard working brick layers, roofers, framers, landscapers, and seasonal farm workers generally do not participate in such programs.
