#7 After all of the dash cam accident videos from Russia that I've seen, I can easily believe this was an accident.

Russians are some crazy drivers. They drive too fast in bad conditions and the do it drunk quite often.

#9 Need more info than "Killed by head-on collision" to determine cause of crash. The CCTV captures only show the moment of impact too and the immediate aftermath. Any link to to the car actually veering?
