#2 If Peace is NOT the answer and in my opinion ( which IS an opinion) is that Peace never was and NEVER will be the answer in the Middle East. The thing to do is ADMIT that Peace won't ever be the answer. And then decide who we want to WIN and who we prefer to LOSE. And then decide to really go in HARD to back our choice for who wins. Then shake hands with Putin and get him on board for who gets to keep the can of worms part what when we both chop up Syria and then work to eviscerate Moslems in general right across the spectrum. Don't ""occupy" any of the ruins. Just make it one big smoking hole and stack the garbage.
In a war somebody LOSES. Leave Islam to smoke garbage. Get them to kill each other ( which shouldn't be so hard, they love to do it and it makes them happy).
Emphasize and accelerate and get Moslems to do the heavy lifting parts. Play Moslems off on each other. They should find it very much in keeping with their own tastes. Make sure Islam loses/ poke them with a stick to go at one another. They will, its their nature. Move in here and there and finish off the wounded. Divide it up with Putin, share the gravy after robbing the cripples.
There might even be some money in it. Bravo Sykes-Picot/
