#3 10 percent or more of all medicare/caid wheelchairs are in NYC. One reason is that methadone causes kidney failure! We are spending billions keeping these enfeebled junkies rolling along. This is pathetic public policy linked to deep corruption in the health device racket. Give them heroin!!!
