#2 Given the BHO admin's track record for, uh, dissembling, it would be interesting to hear from the side that is already on the ground in Syria. Even if it was a late-night breakfast at Denny's and not a formal meeting.

Sure, the rooskis are going to try and push a story, but I'd wager they have some interesting facts to help sell it.

#3 RGR SteveS. I fully expect the Syrian Army to be rounding up a few knuckle-dragging, North Carolinian steely eye killers in the days and weeks ahead. If will be interesting to see how the regime reacts to that footage.
