#1 The article doesn't explain very well exactly what the law would do. But it sounds like they want to make it legal for illegals to commit crimes in California. If that's not exactly the case then it really does sound as though they want to keep these criminals in California prisons instead of deporting them. This is in a state that is just about bankrupt due to the size of its prison population. This is in a state where they periodically have to release prisoners early because the prisons are so badly overcrowded, effectively reducing their sentences. Pelosi is an evil witch.

#3 Illegals are basically legal now excep they don't have to pay taxes, serve jury duty, or get to vote. I'm sure Pelosi is targetting that last issue as next years civil right.
