#1 Bullsh*t, Obama taught Constitutional law, Obama is the guy that came out today and said, yeah were doing it, but we arne't reading or listening to anything. If you buy that, I've got ocean front property in Arizona to sell you.

#2 Legal question to any legal eagles. Can millions of American's class action sue the big corps including the Obama admin for breach of personal data? For once the trial attorneys might even get on board against Obama if the big bucks are in there somewhere for them.

#3 Nieve rubbish. Something akin to saying Pol Pot would have served his constituency more effectively had he attended human rights training sessions. These people do not lack knowledge, believe me.

Our democracy is metastasizing and nearing Stage IV. A wag the dog crisis could plunge us into a secession of the constitution overnight.

#4 Doesn't it depends on the kind of education, Besoeker?

#5 Why do you expect the pols to read or care to read the Constitution when even SCOTUS has no reason to follow its specific language. That's the ultimate problem with the notion of 'living breathing', it all devolves into who has the power. However, power is a tricky thing, because it can shift dramatically, uncontrollably by events. That's why the old notion of law involved a deliberate and difficult process with all sorts of brakes and checks. It created its own injustices in that delay, but in the longer run provided protection against even greater injustices.

#6 I fear any such training would involve "team-building" exercises, line dancing, and plastic squirt fish--all at taxpayer's expense.
