But if those computers were compromised badly enough to effect a synchronized shutdown complete with skulls on the screens then it's quite likely they are also infected with the type of Trojan horse that can monitor every keystroke and mouse click. That way they get passwords and access to all kinds of cool information. Oh well, at least in a cyber war nobody gets killed.
