#1 I agree - I got the same impression. I'm not complaining about the breathing room - but I was personally shocked that Netanyahu went soft in his speech. Does he really think the West will be any more focused or supportive in 3 months time, or 6 months time??? There will just be a new set of excuses why nobody should do anything. It's ironic that the soothsayers in Tehran, who guide Ahamdinejad's decisions, are calling everything right. The West just cannot make up its mind -and at this stage neither can Israel.

#2 Netanyahu's problem appears to be the Israeli citizenry than the West. If they aren't sold why should any one else be? They seem to have their heads in the sand deeper than Obama voters. At least they get free Obama phones.

#3 IN the "Great Game of Geopolitics" + similar, should be surprised Iran Politicos manipulate the US-West just as US-Western Politicos manipulate Iran to help achieve a certain or select [niche"] Regional-Global agenda.

The above being said, once again iff Iran remains stoic + does NOT overtly dev NucWeaps, the US-ISRAEL + ALIGNED SOME KIND OF NON-MILITARY REASON FOR ATTACKING IRAN'S NUCPROGS, LET ALONE INVADING, OCCUPYING THE COUNTRY VEE MAJOR GROUND WAR.

IRAN = ...
- No overt = "visible" NucWeaps.
- No closure or blockage of the Strait of Hormuz + Persian GUlf in general, hence Iran is NOT an immediate or neat-term "threat to Regional or Global Trade".
- no major, serious, or Regionally-detrimental Military or MilPol Intervention or other as yet to pose an immediate or near-term threat to Regional or World Order.
- No evidence that Iran is proliferating advanced Mil andor WMDS Techs to Militant-Terror Groups.

IN ANY CASE, AS THINGS STAND THE US-ALLIES INCLUD ISRAEL WILL ATTACK IRAN ONLY BECAUSE THEY WANT TO, ALA "SELFISH/ARROGANT" IMPERIALISM OR "BULLYING", NOT BECAUSE THEY ACTUALLY NEED TO.

ADVANTAGE = IRAN + RADICAL ISLAM.

Lest we fergit, POTUS DUBYA > twas maliciously criticized during his tenure by the MSM + DemoLeft as per "NO WMDS IN IRAQ". WILL LIKELY BE DITTO FOR POTUS-RELECT BAMMER OR POTUS-ELECT ROMNEY I.E. [GOP-Right?] "NO WMDS IN IRAN"???

* As per FREEREPUBLIC this AM, even seeming pro-War, "Bomb Bomb Bomb Bomb Bomb Iran" Mittens "Did I mention that I want to bomb/
attack Iran?" Romney has repor said that MilAction agz Iran may not be needed at this time, BUT MUST REMAIN AN "OPTION".

ADVANTAGE = IRAN + RADICAL ISLAM, AGAIN.

Unless Rising Iran closes the Gulf + SoH, invades the GCC [Shiite protests] or is caught trying to destabilize same, IRAN WILL GET ITS NUKES.
