#1 Just when Ohio's new Republican governor broke the government unions and cut spending enough to move the budget into the black. Let's see how long the traditional media manage to pretend it didn't happen this time; I'll start with two weeks before Mr. Breitbart's PR expertise wins the day for yet another story....

President Obama may soon find his Medicaid problem is solved at the state level, leaving him only the rest of the budget to wrestle with.
