Again, IMO China is unlikley to accept such foreign influence inside the DPRK unless the US agrees to dis-establish + withdraw all US Milfors, Weapons + Milsys, etc. from SOUTH KOREA + likley also JAPAN + ditto TAIWAN??? IN ADDITION, CHINA IS ALSO LIKELY TO DEMAND IMPOR OR POTENT OVERSEAS PORTS RIGHTS, "JOINT" MISSLE DEFENSE as per NATO-EU + RUSSIA, + that the ROK, JAPAN, TAIWAN? PHILIPPINES? NOT + NEVER DEV NUCWEAPONS.

And both DPRK, CHINA know that the ROK + JAPAN are NOT ready 2010-2020/2025 for such large-scale US redux or withdrawal of Milfors unless the two former are allowed to formally dev their own indigenous Nuc Arsenals.
