#2 Wikipedia didn't do anything about it until AFTER it was brought to their attention that he had deleted the reference of Dr. Hal Lewis' resignation from the American Physical Society.

#5 Trouble is they have blocked just about everyone from editing climate articles so Connolley's edits stand. They weren't reversed.

So on one hand they have "banned him" but they haven't banned the edits that led to his being banned.
