#1 Gay latino - why is this important in the article?

#2 Not that it matters.

#3 I want to know why the writer thinks TEXAS is so important.

It seems like TEXAS and gay are important modifiers to this HARVARD LAW SCHOOL graduate's revolting behavior.

I hope he gets the book thrown at him. At the very least, I would hope his new bosses at Sidley Austin have some scruples, but that is not a winning bet; it might be that they might think having a gay latino arsonist / vandal / 9/11 victim-remains-despoiler on their staff will enhance their image.

Setting up a defense for his behavior? "But...but...yer honner, you don't know what kind of horrible, horrible life this brilliant young man has led! Do you know how hard it is to be flaming in Texas??"

Get the right idiot judge, who absolutely hates Dubya and who's never been to Austin or certain 'hoods in Houston, for example, and he/she might be stupid enough to buy that excuse.

They do. Brian's already been fired.

#6 Texas+Gay is a way of associating unlikely opposites...its an attention getter.Everybody can do a WTF.

I dont remember what the Texas Rangers have as a policy for openly and obvious members who are Gay. Does anyone know any Pink boy Texas Rangers?( Why not?) But then I've never seen how having a limp wrist improved your draw or your aim.

Latino? As in "latino"? His mother was a Mexican?
And he went to Harvard Law School? Well one out of two is still 50%.
Pink boy may be pink but he apparently is smart enough to be a lawyer.
Just be glad he isnt a Texas Ranger...or your boss. And be glad he isnt a US Marine too (remember the Dhimmis say dont ask/ dont tell).

What this country really needs is a Gay in every barracks...right? That would be just so multicultural and Pelosi perfect. Pass me the soap, Sarge.

What the USA really NEEDS is queer Marines, queer Harvard lawyers, and more queer Texas Rangers....dont you agree.? The more the better right? If it IS really good its even better when you have more.

How about more queer Journalists too ? What ever happened to Geraldo in Afghanistan, by the way? I particularly liked his way with the news almost as much as reading this above (darling) piece.

Burning down the 911 Memorial was it? Yeah. American Latino Texan Harvard Law queers?
What more could you ask with your morning coffee.?

Blow it out your nose and get it on the your shirt and the keyboard too.

#8 Steve, thank you very much for that important bit of information. Definitely helped my morning's outlook. And thank you Sidley Austin.

#11 I'm just happy they are putting facts in the article. The media have been dodging any attempt to mention race for decades.

#12 Yes, Raj. One may say that.
