#2 I'm surprised they haven't created what amounts to a man carried super cavitating torpedo, with guidance to its target. Looking more like a spear gun than a gun, it would be launched like a spear gun bolt, then away from the frogman would activate its engine and attack any man sized target without some kind of IFF on it.

At about 1.5" or so in diameter, a diver could carry a dozen, with one on his firing spear gun. They could have an exploding tip, or a bullet head.
