The wheels are coming off the Euro if you hadn't noticed. While the US economy grows Old Europe'as stagnates. I don't think the Saudi's and the rest want to buy to many "baskets" of Euros just right now.

Maybe Chinese currency would be a better choice since this is an idea you keep pulling out of your behind.
