#5 Anyone wish to speculate whether these homes will be available after the second disaster? I doubt it. Once these folks move in they'll stay. We can already see this trend from the report.
....30 people displaced by flooding in May 2004 have been living in FEMA mobile homes. The ( 8 acre)purchase will allow those people to continue living there after FEMA's 18-month disaster assistance ends Nov. 28.
