#1 Reading the article at the link you'll learn that before they were incompetent boomers the "good lads" were still local street scum. One it appears got citizenship recently even after doing time for a violent crime. Anybody know UK immigration law and how it deals with violent criminals.

#3 Since no impure thoughts are allowed on earth for a good "Allanist", it would seem natural there would be a promise of a carnal orgy in the afterworld... And we wonder why they have such a low opinion of women?

There is quite a level of extreme cruelty in such a philosophy... 72? why not 80? Are we on a slippery slope?... What next 92? 100? 1000? 10,000? .... Disgusting culture, isn't it?

#4 In the Koran chap 78: 31-34 have one description of heaven which might be translated to promise 'beautiful maidens with round breasts' - however, it could also be translated a 'juicy white grapes'

The specific 72 virgins idea comes from Hadith number 2,562 in the collection known as the Sunan al-Tirmidhi says, "The least for the people of Heaven is 80,000 servants and 72 wives, over which stands a dome of pearls, aquamarine and ruby." This could mean that each person in heaven gets 72 women or that all the people of heaven share 72 women. It is generally taken in the first way.

That said it sound really really boring...

First the virgin thing. After a max of 72 days they are not virgins anymore and between them will nag you right into hell.

80,000 servants is even worse. If they are living under domes of pearls decorated with aquamarine and ruby - it doesn't sound like they have HDTV let alone computers to help manage 80,000 servants doing some really myopic upkeep. (Maybe polishing the stupid dome?) Now managing that many folks (let alone the 72 wives) without computers and such sounds like a logistical nightmare. That brings up this problem. Why is each splodydope's dome made so poorly that it needs 80,000 servants to maintain it and him? WHAT SORT OF LOW RENT HEAVEN IS THIS?
Sound really a pain in the butt to me.

#21 And people still whine about Jesus stating that those who are worthy of heaven will not marry or be given away in marriage when they get there: I don't think ANYONE understood why he said that until the consequences and entailments of a religion that DOES promise unending superhuman sex in heaven were clearly seen. I think he KNEW what the consequences would be if there was even a remote indication that Sex in Heaven was a possibility.
