#1 Lessee, is this the new name for the recently disbanded Institute for Islamic Horsepucky which used to invite all the idiotarians from the West over and pay them huge sums of money to give speeches or attend "conferences" to kiss Arab ass and pretend that it must be someone else's fault that they are so fucked up and now he's just gonna have the Arab press take over that function and 'splain everything away through improved perception and image? *deep breath*
