#5 Responding cops took Lopez into custody on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge after he punched the woman’s mother so hard that she fell into a wall, according to a police report obtained by the Toledo Blade.

I'd classify that as a felony instead of a misdemeanor. Punching an old lady is extremely uncool.
