#12 I have to imagine there is case law suggesting that beauty pageants can discriminate against the non-beautiful, and against males. So the lawyers will try to claim Jessica is a she and the pageant will defend with Jessica is non-beautiful and avoid the trans issue entirely. Case closed.

#13 Apparently the pageant had "you must be biologically female or post-operative male" on every page of the applications and rules, but Yaniv ignored that and enrolled anyway. They booted him because he ignored their rules.

There was a day this malignant clown would have been taken care of before becoming an international spectacle.
