#2 If it is not enforced, its grounds to file immediate action in federal court and not bother with the corrupt PA courts.

Who adds the date notations and at what point in the process? I would hate to see a partisan person suddenly forget to add date notations to absente ballots from the Navy or something.

if this is a date added by the voter then I agree 100% with the ruling.

#4 PA has already said it will not follow this SCOTUS guidance. Courts can’t hear cases on it until it has occurred, but by then ballots will have been separated from identity data and damage cannot be undone.

#5 If he had done nothing else (and he did do a lot), I would be forever grateful to President Trump for the Supreme Court justices he appointed.
