Russians say that if those Russian cruise missiles did hit those victims, they would have been a red mist.

They don't say the missiles hit. They did. They are saying that Ukrainian SAMs ere launched against those missiles and either missed and hit a target that stood in the way, or the missiles went stupid and self destructed.

Well this is its last century anyway. Right now the ethnic Russians are 87% of the population. With their demographic decline, by the end of the century they will only make up some 55%. And that is before the war and the loss of a chunk of their breeding population. You can't dominate the minorities when you are becoming the minority.
