#3 The temps outside on that date/time in Springfield were below 50 degrees F. So why didn't he have window coverings of some sort to keep in the heat?

#4 not enough information. I've had chance in life to see someone "making coffee" while naked in the window.

The guy makes a good case and should be given the benefit of the doubt. But that they are willing to prosecute makes you wonder. Like I said, NEI.

#8 In Holland, people live in far closer quarters. I have heard (read?) that it is considered bad manners to pull the curtains closed and equally bad manners to stare inside. Get over it, lady. If the Springfield justice system has time for this, its' good news: They can fire at least one cop and one prosecutor.

#9 Old joke:

Police get a call one morning from an old lady in her house. She's complaining that there are naked people in her neighborhood.

Okay, sounds a little strange but the police send an officer who cruises around the neighborhood in a squad car. He doesn't see anything so he drives to the old lady's house. He knocks and when she answers he introduces himself and explains gently that he hasn't seen any naked people in the neighborhood.

"Of course you haven't," the old lady replies. "You aren't using binoculars."
