#9 The Republican Party is fracturing on Ukraine. Sen. Josh Hawley recently shifted to the opposition, saying that throwing more money down the Ukraine rathole would deprive our military of money it needs to face real threats, especially from China.

Other senators also oppose any more aid on grounds that much or most of it has simply been stolen or wasted. A lot of the weapons are being sold on the black market, including to ISIS and other terror groups.

The pro-Trump wing of the GOP is dead-set against more aid. This includes most of the new candidates like JD Vance. When they come into office next year, the gravy train will come to a halt.
