He walks into the church with the shotgun in his hands (which is premeditation) and shoots the guy and is only charged with second degree murder?

What's it take for first degree - badmouthing Bambi while he did it? >:-(

#4 Woodrow Karey is an ex-deacon. When I googled this, I came across another church shooting in Lake Charles earlier on June 23, 2009. A pastor shot another pastor in a church. Allegedly, he was smoking crack with some others before the shooting. I'm thinking its the drinking water--(and the crack).
