Yes. The women were 76 and 38, that doesn't seem to square with followers of this movement. Sounds more like a provocation and a message. A Reichstag-like staged event.

#2 78 and 38 sounds like mother and daughter/granddaughter. I'd start with family grievences and/or insurance scams.
