#2 I can see a 10-second delay or so, to head off the pilot's expletives as his plane is hit. Then "technical difficulties".

#3 I think human piloted "fighters" are obsolete already. But I also think AI is way oversold.

#4 The future is long range stand off weapons. It's stupid to think the resources needed to take down a distant launch platform wouldn't be better spent on knocking off the weapons themselves. On air-to-air, it's a given that the future is plentiful attritable airframes.
