During the late 1980' to 90's Olympic era, East Germany was caught trying to pull a similar fast-one.

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) was then using a test for it and disqualified them.

What is so different now???
This IT never should have made the Female team. An the IOC wonders why the TV ratings are crappy.
