This is a load of crap. The Chinese and the Russians have both been attacking us in cyberspace since the Internet was first developed. All those business executives who think it's OK to do business with the Chinese should check their computer log files some time to see all the Chinese and Russian probes that come every single day. You thought they would liberalize and become civilized if we opened our economies to trade with them? You think it's worth the cost of all the cyber attacks and bioweapon attacks? How about the way they use the profits and stolen secrets to build up their military? Think again, morons.

But one thing we know for certain. Zhou Bai Dung will do absolutely nothing about it.
