#1 Theory (no proof, just backroom deal making Theory). Could it be, that the DNC allocates x-$$$Millions to Dem campaigns, the campaigns cant pay CNN, NBC, MSNBC directly for positive coverage over Republican opponents, but they would slide big bucks under the table to key journalists/executives???
