Actually, the Gov is already a bit crosswise with law enforcement. The county sheriffs in 4 local counties already declared that they would not enforce bullshit* regulations. The usual suspects were outraged, but it was a very popular position. Out for a short drive, the other day, I saw a couple dozen yard signs saying "Thank you, Sheriff, for standing up for our rights".

* I think that's the legal term.

No, those are Her Governess' Licensed Diamond Couriers. They are paid privately minimum wage and occupational insurance. Their family members however have phat jobz in the public sector such as education. Oh, the hiring of licensed couriers is state tax deductible.
