Not about National Security, it is about Obama security.

In the new position Rice does not have to testify on Benghazi, an Al Qaeda operation to kidnap an American Ambassador that failed due to the unexpected bravery of two Navy Seals. Two Navy Seals the Obama administration told to stand down.

She has proven she will do and say what the pimp daddy Hussein and his Czars tell her to do and say as a front.
