#1 14th Amendment -

Section 1

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.


That is going to require 2/3 of the House and Senate and 3/4 of the States to change. I doubt that SCOTUS would buy the argument that illegals that ignored their appearance date declared by their actions that they are not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.

#4 There's an easy fix for this given how abortion-happy liberals are: Any non-citizen trying to enter the US gets a free abortion. If they don't want one, they can give birth somewhere else.

Even if they’ve become German citizens? Very few resident Turks become German citizens — my understanding is that if they do so they lost inheritance rights back home.

Sovereignty. Very debatable.

What is a foreign sovereign? Does a pinky toe on American soil transfer a foreigner's agency to the jurisdiction of the united states? Am I mexican just b/c I'm down in Baja? Conversely how can we say a mexican is american just because the experts told us? Trained us. I reject the whole notion. So did the Founding Fathers.
