US General Mark Milley is calling for negotiations as what Gen. Milley argues is "the logical outcome" based on the military situation today. Biden ruled out any shipment of long range weaponry.

It's basically over. Negotiations must begin soon, or else all of Ukraine's east and south will be completely devastated.

Yes, but how many did he make casualties before he succumbed? In this war between two countries with shrinking populations, both winning and losing are Pyrrhic. And China’s population is also shrinking, so even if they are the last of the three left standing, their triumph will not be measured in centuries.
