#11 Lightgroot's while career has been about inflaming racism. When was elected because she was loyal to the Machine, is black, and obviously insane.

She's been ordering the police to shut down parties and church services, and when a confrontation that looks bad on video gets publicity, well, "the police misinterpreted their orders" and other shit.

Even before the Wuhan Flu, she'd redeveloping police from middle class neighborhoods to send them to high crime areas -- where they weren't allowed to do anything. So the crime started moving to the middle class neighborhoods.
