#1 I tried Twitter once. My first post was an Anthony Weiner joke. It was taken down and my account was banned. Not sure how they would have decided whether I was a commercial or government user.
Elon is just trolling every day. He will pull the offer soon.

"Branding", "Social Coaching", "et al" could easily be considered advertising.
