#2 Other ongoing DNC 'monitoring events' or probes, taking place at roughly the same time as those listed in #1.

'Monitoring events' which led members of the Awan family to move from Woodbridge, VA., back to Pakistan. On August 17, 2017, a federal grand jury, convened in U.S. District Court in the District of Columbia, indicted Awan and his wife on four counts, including conspiracy, making false statements, bank fraud, and unlawful monetary transactions. Awans Sentenced to 'time served.' Not much else happens.

Side note: When I hear the term 'government monitoring' I automatically default to NSA involvement.

The Directer NSA shutting off the Deep State's access to "incidental monitoring and collection" may have also prompted the exploitation of the UK's Government Communications Headquarters, commonly known as GCHQ.

You may remember, the Robert Hannigan, the Director of GCHQ resigned at about the same time the Orange Man took office. The reasons given for his resignation were listed as "personal." The RUMINT in London mentioned something to do with a paedophile priest.

The paedophile priest bit seems an unlikely cause for resignation in those circles.
