#7 Five Senators were not present to cast votes because they are self-quarantined due to coronavirus concerns.

That number is going to go up, making it less likely to get 60 votes for anything. How many Dems in the House are sick or quarantined or tested positive?

#9 VERY reluctantly agree with g(r)omgoru's #6. If the Democratic leadership is going to show such truly callous heartlessness towards suffering Americans, it is time for the President (and maybe the Secretary of the Treasury) to act. And get Congressional approval later.
