#1 I'll take the NY Federal judge's ruling regarding guns in Chicago and raise you one. A federal judge ruled Monday that Chicago's ban on virtually all sales and transfers of firearms is unconstitutional.

#2 I think the Federal judge in Illinois got it right. It is unconstitutional to try to affect firearm commerce, marketing, sale, etc. in any way. A real Constitutional lawyer.
