Boston Democrat Mayor Sued For Allegedly Discriminating Against White Restaurant Owners
[DailyWire] Boston Democrat Mayor Michelle Wu has been accused of racial discrimination by a group of white restaurant owners who say they were targeted for city fees in part due to their ethnic heritage.

According to the restaurant owners, Wu and the city singled them out for a $7,500 outdoor dining fee, a fee which only applied to establishments in their neighborhood. The plaintiffs are seeking $500,000 in compensatory damages and $1 million in punitive damages."
Looks like governmental redlining to me.

Nuclear Base Focuses on Diversity, Fails Nuclear Inspections
[FRONTPAGEMAG] Every July, Minot Air Force Base, the only one to contain two ’legs’ of the nuclear triad, celebrates ’Diversity Day’. Held at the Jimmy Doolittle Center, named after the hard-charging Air Force pioneer who led the first air raid into Japan after Pearl Harbor, Diversity Day showcases "many different cultures along with other diversities such as religion and disabilities" representing the various cultures at Minot Air Force Base." Jimmy would not approve.

A culture notably absent from the Diversity Day festivities at Minot is a culture of competence.

Two Air Force commanders have been fired after their units failed nuclear surety inspections. Another four of their subordinates also went out the door. Firings have become common at Minot AFB which maintains a unique status in the nation’s defense and in the botched leadership that focuses on diversity and political correctness over national security.

The chain of disasters was kickstarted in 2014 when the commander of the 741st Missile Squadron at Minot AFB was forced out over allegations that he had discriminated against pregnant women. Afterward, the "ball began rolling on Minot’s diversity program".

"I believe that President Obama said it best when he stated, ’our nation derives strength from the diversity of its population," Senior Master Sgt. Neil Armstrong, the first black man to occupy his position, claimed. He warned that, "implementation of the Air Force diversity policy is the responsibility of everyone. Moreover, diversity is critical for successful operations in the international community." Apparently you can’t nuke China and any other parts of the international community unless you have diversity at a base in North Dakota.

Press releases were filled with woke buzzwords like "accountable and sustained diversity effort".

In 2018, Lt. Col. Paul Goossen returned from leading a successful bombing campaign against ISIS and the Taliban
...the Pashtun equivalent of men...
only to be forced out from his position because his "air crew members had a habit of drawing crude stick figures with penises" on the bombs they were dropping.

This wasn’t because they were an offense to morals or values, but because they contributed to an "inappropriate work environment". Goosen was a respected leader whose subordinates believed that he "emphasized taking care of each other" and focusing on the mission.

Instead of battling the cartoons and the "culturally insensitive phrases", Goosen had "focused on the mission and unspecified new threats" and was "halfway relieved" that the airmen were releasing stress in a harmless way instead of engaging in serious misconduct. None of the women present were actually offended. One had even drawn her own cartoon.

It’s unknown what the "culturally insensitive phrases" involved, but they likely targeted the Moslem gunnies who were being bombed.

Meanwhile,
...back at the palazzo, Count Guido stepped from behind the suit of armor, rapier in hand. Ciccolini snarled and reached for his own weapon...
much more seriously, a colonel at Minot who was relieved of command after losing a machine gun and hand grenades, but was moved to a leadership position at Air Force Special Operations Command. At least his men and women hadn’t been culturally insensitive.

Since then, Charles Q. Brown, who claimed to be the victim of racism because someone questioned his parking spot, became the Air Force Chief of Staff. In a speech in which he "seemed to barely contain his rage", he ranted "that the ideals of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution ’that I’ve sworn my adult life to support and defend’ have not always delivered ’liberty and equality’ to all."

Downplaying Academic Excellence in Med School Admissions
[REALCLEARPOLITICS] America’s top medical schools, worried they have too few minority students, are doing something about it. They are lowering academic standards for admission and trying to hide the evidence. Columbia, Harvard, the University of reliably Democrat Chicago, aka The Windy City or Mobtown
...home of Al Capone, the Chicago Black Sox, a succession of Daleys, Barak Obama, and Rahm Emmanuel...
, Stanford, Mount Sinai, and the University of Pennsylvania have already done so. The list already tops forty, and more are sure to follow.

Of course, the universities won’t admit what they are doing — and certainly not why. All they will say is that their new standards add "equity" and "lived experience." Unfortunately, adding those factors inevitably lessens the weight given to others.

The harsh reality is medical schools are downplaying academic achievement and MCAT scores, which give the best evidence of how well students are prepared for medical school. The MCAT is specifically tailored for that purpose. In addition to a section on critical reasoning (similar to the SATs), it examines students on biology and biochemistry, organic chemistry, the physics of living systems, and the biological and psychological foundations of behavior. It’s easy to see how those relate directly to higher education in medical science. Yet med schools want to downplay them and add inherently subjective criteria like "lived experience."

Med schools are especially eager to get rid of the MCATs. After years of evaluating admissions folders, they know they cannot meet their goals for minority enrollment if they retain their near-total emphasis on academic qualifications. They know, too, that standardized tests and grades leave a statistical trail. They want to kick dust over that trail before the Supreme Court
...the political football known as The Highest Court in the Land, home of penumbrae and emanations...
’s expected ruling against affirmative action. They fear the statistics will show marked differences in admission rates for individuals from different groups who have similar scores and GPAs. That’s not a wild guess. Admission teams know the evidence from years of experience.

But dropping the tests, or making them optional, presents a thorny PR problem. Schools fear they would sink below competitors in national rankings, which include MCAT scores. So, they are doing what undergraduate colleges have already done. They are colluding. By withdrawing jointly from US News and World Report rankings, they hope to soften the blow to each one’s prestige. (It’s an interesting question whether this collusion violates anti-trust laws, as their collusion about scholarship awards did.)

Twitter Files journalists warn of social media's censorship web ensnaring Americans
[Wash Times] Two independent journalists given access to Elon Musk’s Twitter Files vault warned lawmakers Thursday of a sprawling "censorship industrial complex" that has eroded Americans’ freedom of speech.

Matt Taibbi and Michael Shellenberger appeared before the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government in an explosive hearing that focused on the federal government’s alleged sweeping efforts to silence disfavored views.

Mr. Shellenberger harked back to President Eisenhower’s warning of a ballooning military complex that would one day "endanger our liberties" while he described a web of government-funded and private efforts to monitor online speech and squelch disfavored views.

"Today, American taxpayers are unwittingly financing the growth and power of a censorship industrial complex run by America’s scientific and technological elite, which endangers our liberties and democracy," he told the panel.

"The Twitter Files, state attorneys, general lawsuits and investigative reporters have revealed a large and growing network of government agencies, academic institutions and nongovernmental organizations that are actively censoring American citizens, often without their knowledge, on a range of issues," he said.

In a sprawling Twitter thread released in the final hour before appearing before the panel, Mr. Taibbi detailed what he said was a vast web of censorship that included online speech monitoring programs spearheaded by nongovernmental organizations, some of which had direct access to Twitter’s platform monitoring system to flag posts and accounts that fell outside the mainstream.

Mr. Taibbi said the Stanford Internet Observatory’s Election Integrity Partnership had nearly 22 million tweets flagged in the lead-up to the 2020 elections.

"It’s crucial to reiterate: EIP was partnered with state entities like [the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency] and [State Department’s Global Engagement Center] while seeking the elimination of millions of tweets," Mr. Taibbi wrote. "Twitter execs did not distinguish between organizations, using phrases like ’According to CISA, escalated via EIP.’"

We do know who they work with. Their current “Innovation Officer” is Camille François, who once worked for Google’s analytics offshoot Jigsaw before quitting to run a secretive project for the US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, alongside now Graphika CEO John Kelly (no relation to the Marine.) Their December 2018 reporting helped “prove” how the Russians used social media networks like Facebook and Twitter to influence the 2016 election. Graphika also has ties to the Pentagon’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and the Defense Department’s Minerva Initiative. If you pay to look at their stuff you realize they write like spooks, talk like spooks, and snitch out news sites like spooks.

Proud Boys J6 Sedition Trial Halted After Leaked Chat Logs Show FBI Agent Said Her Boss Ordered Her to 'Destroy Evidence'
[IL] The feds' political persecution of the Proud Boys took a wild turn after unintentionally leaked chat logs from FBI Special Agent Nicole Miller revealed she said she was ordered by her boss to "destroy" "338 items of evidence."

The leaked chats also suggest Miller failed to reveal relevant communications to the defense, potentially spied on privileged attorney-client communications and was asked by another agent to "edit out that I was present" during a meeting with a Confidential Human Source Informant.

Out: Russian Interference, In: Mexican Interference
[TGP] Democrats love decry foreign election interference when they think it’s detrimental to them. They particularly have an obsession with Russia.
They don’t, actually. It’s just that they think Russia is a hot button for Republicans.
But do not count on Democrats to call out election meddling from our "friend" Mexico, however. This is the kind of interference they can get behind because of an opportunity to ensure a permanent Democrat majority in America.

Far-left Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador has a plan to help make their dreams a reality.

Lopez Obrador on Thursday threatened to meddle in American elections and indoctrinate Hispanic citizens against the Republican Party.

"Starting today we are going to start an information campaign for Mexicans who live and work in the United States and for all Hispanics to inform them of what we are doing in Mexico and how this initiative by the Republicans, in addition to being irresponsible, is an offense against the people of Mexico, a lack of respect for our independence, our sovereignty," he said.

"And if they do not change their attitude and think that they are going to use Mexico for their propaganda, electoral, and political purposes, we are going to call for them not to vote for that party, because it is interventionist, inhumane, hypocritical, and corrupt," Lopez Obrador said, later adding that Mexico would be insisting that "not one vote" goes to Republicans from Mexicans and Hispanics.

Government Corruption
Turley Raises a Big Question about J6 Chansley Case, Then Elon Drops a Bombshell Video
[REDSTATE] The questions surrounding the case of Jacob Chansley — the guy known as the "QAnon Shaman"Jake Chansley
... also known as Jake Angeli and Jacob Angeli — when his mother was displeased he got the full Jacob Anthony Angeli Chansley. His defense lawyer said he has Asperger's syndrome, and pointed to the diagnosis of schizotypal personality disorder that was part of his discharge file after a brief period wearing the uniform...
— have gotten more traction since Tucker Carlson began raising the issue on his show. Carlson raised questions about the video showing Chansley being led around the Capitol building by multiple coppers. They don’t stop him; they even open doors for him. After they lead him to the Senate chamber, he says a prayer for their help on the Senate floor.

Chansley was sentenced to 41 months in prison for pleading guilty to "obstruction of an official proceeding." He never hurt anyone, that wasn’t even alleged.

Chansley’s attorneys said that this video was not turned over to them. Had it been turned over, it certainly could have factored into his defense to such a charge.

Plus, if the prosecution was in fact aware of this video, then they would have had a legal obligation to turn it over to the defense.

George Washington law professor Jonathan Turley is weighing in now on the issue, on reports that the FBI
...Formerly one of the world's premier criminal investigation organizations, something for a nation to be proud of. Now it's a political arm of the Deep State oligarchy that is willing to trump up charges, suppress evidence, or take out insurance policies come election time...
did have the video.

They showed videos of Chansley yelling at the crowd. But what they didn’t show was this kind of video, of him peacefully walking around with the officers not threatening anyone. It showed that he wasn’t the character being portrayed to the judge in his case, which may have factored into why he got such a stiff sentence for non-violent mostly peaceful action.

Not only does Chansley have Carlson and Turley asking questions about his case, but now he has Twitter owner Elon Musk as well. Musk commented on the video that Carlson had shown about Chansley on his show, showing him being guided around by the police.

"Chansley got 4 years in prison for a non-violent mostly peaceful, police-escorted tour!?" Musk said. He then observed the difference between the sentence Chansley got and that given to the guy who attacked comedian Dave Chapelle [sic], "Dave Chapelle was violent mostly peacefully assaulted on stage by a guy with a knife. That guy got a $3,000 fine & no prison time."

But then Musk highlighted a video that was a bit of a bombshell and raises even more questions in the case. It shows Jacob Chansley outside of the building, with a bullhorn, appearing to be encouraging people to "go home," quoting what Donald Trump
...Oh, noze! Not him!...
had said on social media.

DOJ Gets Hit With Huge Legal Motion After Merrick Garland Falsely Claims 5 Officers Were Killed On J6
[TRENDINGPOLITICSNEWS] In the aftermath of explosive new January 6 footage revealed by Fox News primetime host Tucker Carlson, there have been false claims made by Biden officials that coppers were killed by protesters during the Capitol riots.

Attorney General Merrick Garland
...Attorney General of the U.S., who classifies indignant parents as domestic terrorists. The is the respected legal scholar Obama nominated for the Supreme Court...
in particular misrepresented the incident and implied that five coppers died due to the January 6 incident.

"I think all Americans saw what happened on January 6th, and most of it saw, most of us saw it,,, as it was happening," Garland said. "It was a violent mostly peaceful attack on a fundamental tenant of American democracy. That power is peacefully transferred from one administration to another. Over a hundred officers were assaulted on that day. Five officers died. We have charged more than a thousand people with their crimes on that day. And more than 500 have already been convicted. I think it’s very clear what happened on January 6th."

Attorney General Garland fundamentally misrepresented the January 6 incident in his statement. No coppers died due to attacks by January 6 protesters.

U.S. Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick died a day after the attack, but his death was determined afterward to be of natural causes: two strokes at the base of his brain stem caused by an artery clot.

In the aftermath of the Capitol riots, four Capitol Police and Washington Metropolitan Police officers died by suicide. The Capitol Police officer’s union said about 140 officers were maimed during the protests.

In March 2022, President Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. Joe's wife and daughter weren't killed by a drunk driver. He didn't graduate with three or even two degrees, wasn't in the top half of his law class, and his daddy didn't come home from a hard day's work in the mines and play football with the guys. The NAACP hasn't endorsed him every time he's run. On the other hand, he did abandon Afghanistan...
knowingly and intentionally spread myths about the January 6 riot.

"Again, we’re not perfect — we’re not even close — but we never have walked away," he said. "And Vladimir Putin
...President-for-Life of Russia. He gets along well with other presidents for life. He is credited with bringing political stability and re-establishing something like the rule of law, which occasionally results in somebody dropping dead from poisoning by polonium or other interesting substance. Under Putin, a new group of business magnates controlling significant swathes of Russia's economy has emerged, all of whom have close personal ties to him. The old bunch, without close personal ties to Putin, are in jail or in exile or dead from poisoning by polonium or other interesting substances...
was counting on being able to split up the United States."

"Look, how would you feel if you saw crowds storm and break down the doors of the British Parliament, kill five cops, injure 145 — or the German Bundestag, or the Italian Parliament?" he added. "I think you’d wonder. Well, that’s what the rest of the world saw. It’s not who we are. And now, we’re proving, under pressure, that we are not that country. We’re united."

Such misleading statements made by top Biden officials and U.S. attorneys have the potential to taint jury pools in January 6 cases, particularly on the D.C. Circuit.

Attorney Joseph D. McBride wants to put an end to it. He is now filing a motion to stop the U.S. government from defrauding the American people and thereby perpetrating injustice to J6 prisoners.

Biden scraps Trump’s red, white and blue paint scheme for Air Force One
That was his decision for today, folks! But don’t worry, he’ll decide something equally important tomorrow.
[GEO.TV] The US Air Force on Friday unveiled a new colour scheme for Air Force One, discarding the palette chosen by Donald Trump
...His ancestors didn't own any slaves...
for the presidential aircraft.

President Joe The Big Guy Biden
...46th president of the U.S. A latter-day version of Romulus Augustulus, only more friendly to the barbarians at the gates...
is sticking with a classic blue-and-white colour scheme for the jets, which are under construction, retaining a design that dates to John F. Kennedy’s administration six decades ago.

Former president Trump, who left office in January 2021, wanted a bolder red, white and blue design, and kept a scale model bearing those colours on a coffee table in the Oval Office.
Oh Noes! The horror!
Trump’s design called for a deep red stripe down the middle of the aircraft and a dark blue underbelly.

The colours presented challenges to engineers, however, and a Friday statement from the secretary of the Air Force cited possible delays and tests to deal with "the added heat" from the darker shade of blue.

The new Air Force One aircraft will instead closely resemble the ageing current one, although the light blue will be a "more modern tone" than the existing robin’s egg blue, and there will be no polished metal on the fuselage "because modern commercial aircraft skin alloys don’t allow for it," it said.

The replacement aircraft are projected to be delivered in 2027 and 2028, so the winner of the 2024 elections will be the first to take off in the new jets.

The Boeing aircraft are not like commercial airliners. Each includes high-tech communication facilities, a medical bay and a self-defence system.

The current Air Force One planes face rising maintenance costs and use parts that are increasingly obsolete, but will have to suffice until the newer aircraft are delivered, the statement said.
