FBI Refuses To Release Documents In Probe Into Possible Nationwide Voter Registration Fraud
[JustTheNews] The FBI took over a 2020 probe into voter registration fraud that began in Michigan but has denied a Freedom of Information Act request regarding the investigation, citing an exemption in that law regarding ongoing investigations.

According to the dozens of pages of police reports from the Muskegon Police Department and Michigan State Police, a firm called GBI Strategies was under scrutiny as an organization central to alleged voter registration fraud in the 2020 presidential election. The matter was initially investigated by city and state authorities before the FBI took over.

Contacts between local law enforcement and the FBI continued into 2022 but there is no evidence of what happened after that in the memos obtained by Just the News through requests made under Michigan's own Freedom of Information Act.

Last week, the FBI denied a Freedom of Information/Privacy Acts request from Just the News regarding records from the investigation into GBI Strategies.

The request sought "copies of all reports, documents, and records about GBI Strategies, including all communication and correspondence regarding investigations of GBI Strategies with Michigan government officials, city and state law enforcement agencies in Michigan, and all other state government officials and law enforcement agencies involved in investigations of GBI Strategies."

The FBI’s response partially reads: "The material you requested is located in an investigative file which is exempt from disclosure."

The FBI cited 5 U.S. Code § 552(b)(7)(A) for exempting disclosure of the records, specifically, "records or information compiled for law enforcement purposes, but only to the extent that the production of such law enforcement records or information ... could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings."

The agency’s response continued: "The records responsive to your request are law enforcement records; there is a pending or prospective law enforcement proceeding relevant to these responsive records, and release of the information could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings."

Police from Michigan interviewed GBI Strategies employees in 2020 and cited specific instances of registrations that appeared suspicious or fraudulent, the previously obtained memos show. A Michigan State Police memo described the possible crime being investigated as "Election Fraud by Forgery."

#1  So the DOJ/_ _ _, a currently known bias, Biden Regime controlled agency. Refuses to release evidence 3+ years later "citing an exemption in that law regarding ongoing investigations."

Should we read into that they are being controlled by the Biden Puppet Masters?

OR
The number of people and $$$$$$ involved in the Coup is so massive that they need to more time?

OR are they waiting for, the Statues Of Limitations to expire?

Either Way. Shouldn't Trumps Lawyers be demanding the evidence, for the DC, AZ, Fulton co. and other Political Kangaroo Court trials coming up?

Then file FIOA's with the city & state authorities; their investigations were closed when the FBI supposedly 'took over' and won't have the same excuse to deny records. Not that it'll prevent them from coming up with some other excuse...

Government Corruption
NJ Sen. Bob Menendez's wife totes Chanel purse to NYC court as couple pleads not guilty to pocketing bribes
[NYPOST] New Jersey Sen. Bob Menendez’s wife toted a pricey Chanel purse to Manhattan federal court Wednesday as she and her embattled husband pleaded not guilty
"Wudn't me."
to pocketing bribes — including cash and $100,000 in gold bars.

The veteran Democrat, 69, and his 56-year-old wife, Nadine, strolled out of the Lower Manhattan courthouse following their brief first hearing in the sweeping corruption case — with Menendez’s spouse getting slapped with stricter bail conditions.

Facing mounting calls from fellow Dems to resign, Menendez, wearing a dark pinstriped suit, sat with his hands tightly clasped in his lap as he was ordered released on a $100,000 bond.
"Will you take a gold bar?"
Magistrate Judge Ona Wang ordered him to surrender any personal passports, but said the senator could still travel outside the US for official government purposes while his case is pending.

Meanwhile,
...back at the Council of Boskone, Helmuth ordered the entire 614th quadrant searched. The Green Lensman must be found!...
his wife — who prosecutors allege played a key role in collecting hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes — was ordered to be released on a $250,000 bond secured by the couple’s Englewood Cliffs, NJ, home.

McCarthy directs House committees to open formal impeachment inquiry into Biden
[NYPOST] House Speaker Kevin McCarthy
...the GOP house majority leader. He replaced Eric Cantor, who got whupped because his politix are like Kevin McCarthy's...
on Tuesday ordered an impeachment inquiry into President Biden’s alleged involvement in his son Hunter Biden’s foreign business deals.

"House Republicans have uncovered serious and credible allegations into President Biden’s conduct. Taken together, these allegations paint a picture of a culture of corruption," McCarthy (R-Calif.) said at the Capitol.

"Through our investigations, we have found that President Biden did lie to the American people about his own knowledge of his family’s foreign business dealings," the speaker charged.

"Eyewitnesses have testified that the president joined on multiple phone calls and had multiple interactions. Dinners resulted in cars and millions of dollars into his sons and his son’s business partners."

Biden has repeatedly claimed he never spoke with his son Hunter or brother James about their foreign ventures, but witness statements and records from Hunter’s abandoned laptop and other sources show otherwise.

Former Obama auto industry czar slams Biden's 12-minute UAW picket line visit: 'Outrageous'
[NYPOST] President Biden "bowed to progressives" on Tuesday when he broke precedent to become the first sitting commander in chief to visit a picket line, former President Barack Obama
How much damage could he do in four years?... Eight, then...
’s car czar said Wednesday, blasting the trip as "outrageous."

"For him to be going on a picket line is outrageous," Steven Rattner, a former top adviser to Obama on the auto industry, said Wednesday in an interview with NBC News.

"There’s no precedent for it," Rattner explained. "The tradition of the president is to stay neutral in these things."

Rattner led Obama’s auto industry task force in 2009 when billions in taxpayer money was used to rescue General Motors and Chrysler.

The former auto czar said that while he understands the politics behind Biden’s show of solidarity with striking auto workers, the trip was still "wrong."

"I get the politics. The progressives all said, ’We don’t want a mediator; we want an advocate,’" Rattner said. "And he bowed to the progressives, and now he’s going out there to put his thumb on the scale. And it’s wrong."

YGBFKM, $18M Mar-a-Lago edition
[HotAir]
This decision, which came down without a jury, has sent shockwaves through political — and real estate — circles, especially that $18 million base value for the property.

One prominent Palm Beach real estate broker, speaking on the condition of anonymity, told The Post, “It’s utterly delusional to think that property is only worth $18 million.”

The insider added, “If that property were on the market today, I would list it at around $300 million, minimum … at least. He also has the separate golf course minutes away.”

[This is completely absurd, and it might end up resulting not just in a reversal on that point but a very close look at how Judge Arthur Engoron is conducting the trial on the other issues. — Ed]

The New York Post article Hot Air is responding to can be read here.
A New York judge’s Tuesday ruling valuing Donald Trump’s sprawling, headline-making Florida estate at $18 million has left industry experts perplexed.

In his verdict, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron delivered a bombshell ruling that the former president committed fraud by inflating the value of his wealth, with details including the monetary value associated with Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach.

Engoron’s verdict holds Trump, 77, along with his family and his business empire, the Trump Organization, liable for fraud — a central allegation in New York Attorney General Letitia James’ lawsuit against the defendants.

In a 35-page judgment, Engoron sided with James, asserting that Trump had made unequivocally false statements in official documents to secure favorable terms with financial institutions.

Notably, Trump’s claims, such as his triplex penthouse in Trump Tower being 30,000 square feet when it was closer to 11,000, were also described by Engoron as “fraudulent” given their significant discrepancies. Though, Trump’s defense argued: “the calculation of square footage is a subjective process that could lead to differing results or opinion based on the method employed to conduct calculation.”
So true. Especially for unique, high price point properties. Betcha Hizzoner took off the square footage for staircases and hallways just to start...
However, the ruling raised eyebrows when Engoron, a Democrat who ran unopposed in the general election on Nov. 3, 2015, evaluated the worth of Trump’s prized Mar-a-Lago Club resort at $18 million, ruling that the property was inflated by 2,300%.

He cited a basic Palm Beach Assessor valuation that ranged from $18 million to $28 million between 2011 and 2021, with industry sources saying it fails to take into consideration the fair market value. This valuation is far from Trump’s 1985 purchase price of $10 million, $8 million less than what the judge declared it was worth today.

It is also important to note that Trump got a deal on Mar-a-Lago nearly 40 years ago. At the time the historical estate was listed at $20 million.

There are also nearby comps.

To put it in perspective, a 2-acre wooded lot at 1980 S. Ocean Blvd., just 5 minutes from Mar-a-Lago, is currently listed for $150 million. Mar-a-Lago, situated at 1100 S. Ocean Blvd., dwarfs this lot tenfold and operates as a commercial business with around 500 members as part of the golf club.
A number of other listing and sold prices and appraisals on comparable properties in the article, which finishes with:
In addition to the verdict, Engoron revoked the New York “business certificates” held by the Trump Organization and any other New York-based business associated with the former commander-in-chief or his family. He further mandated an independent third party to oversee the “dissolution of the cancelled LLCs.”
Attempting to put the family out of business? Clever. Or not, as the case may be.
In response, Trump denounced it as a “Witch Hunt.”

Last year, Engoron referred to Trump as “just a bad guy” in a scathing rebuke to a lawyer arguing that the former president was being unfairly singled out for investigation by James.

“If Ms. James has a thing against him, OK, that’s not in my understanding [of] unlawful discrimination. He’s just a bad guy she should go after as the chief law enforcement officer of the state.”

#1  So when a Judge decides a property value is different than the BANKS and Other investors had verified BEFORE they made loans or bought or sold it. The Judges appraisal out weights those with expertise in that field?

Has any financier or involved party lost $$$$ ... NO.
All parties in fact have profited from the deals.
There were no Tax issues made by the IRS either.
So where is the injured party in this case?
