Government Corruption
Election System Discovered — Used In Multiple States — Internet Connected, Uncertified, And Accessible To Numerous Govt Agencies And Outside Entities
More on this story from yesterday.
[THEGATEWAYPUNDIT] Election experts in New Mexico established that the post-election canvass reports in all 33 New Mexico Counties are being illegally prepared. Complete election records are being uploaded to an uncertified, centralized software under the control of the Secretary of State (SOS) called SERVIS, which is then used to create the official election results.

Use of any uncertified software for this part of the election process is a violation of federal and state law. And according to state law, the SOS is not to have access to the complete election record from any county until the election has been certified.

According to the experts, when the illegal canvass process is complete the SOS is having counties download election data from internet-connected SERVIS onto their "secure" election computers. At the same time, in New Mexico, Dominion voting systems have deleted the original election data from their system. This is a blatant violation of state and federal law that requires all election records to be kept for 22 months after any election with a federal candidate on the ballot. Also, without paper ballots, the original results for the election are eliminated.

A South Dakota company by the name of BPro "gifted" their TotalVote software to New Mexico, in exchange for a series of what would turn out to be very lucrative, sole-source contracts to develop a customized interface between the SOS, clerks, and TotalVote that they called "IRIS." IRIS was renamed "SERVIS" (Statewide Elections, Registration and Voting Integrity System) in 2017.

According to the BPro website, TotalVote is a "centralized voter registration and election management system that securely captures and manages voter, candidate, and all election information. It is the only software system that encompasses the entire election process into one system." (emphasis added).

#1  Another conduit into the system like ERIC that is controlled by leftist NGOs and small businesses. A pathway to manipulation. Try and remove this and the leftists will swarm like the cockroaches defending TikTok.

#2  I asked this question yesterday under this article and I suppose it is pointless to ask given the rampant corruption in this country but here goes anyway: If the SOS committed a blatant violation of federal and state law, when does this SOS go to jail?
Posted by: Abu Uluque || 03/25/2023 12:25 Comments || Top||

#3  The most likely outcome is the SOS running for governor by the Arizona model.

#4  No one cares... We knew it was a fraud. They tossed those that called the fraud into jail. They protested in DC. They were arrested, not allowed due process and still over 100 sit in jail, political prisoner to the corrupt DC elites. There will be nothing done. New Mexico's elections should be tossed.

Kate Bedingfield Vowed Reporter Would Block Burisma Story Unless ‘Editors Hold a Gun to Her Head'
[Breitbart] Then Vice-President Joe Biden’s Communications Director Kate Bedingfield reassured Hunter Biden’s top lieutenant in 2015 that a damaging story from Bloomberg reporter Margaret Talev about the family’s business dealings in Ukraine would be quashed unless “editors hold a gun to her head,” emails obtained from the National Archives show.

The emails are just one more record revealing a close working relationship between Joe Biden’s White House team and the family’s business, via partner Eric Schwerin, who is apparently cooperating with House investigators.

“Absolutely — we have had two conversations about it — she will only use if her editors put a gun to her head. She absolutely will not do the second thing,” Bedingfield replied to Schwerin about a potential Bloomberg story about Hunter’s role at Burisma, and another about his discharge from the Navy.

Despite Bedingfield’s efforts to prevent the story from being published, it appears Bloomberg did publish the story on December 8, the same day as the communication.

Margaret Talev is now the managing editor for politics at Axios and a CNN political analyst. Bedingfield, meanwhile, departed the White House in 2023, just as the House Oversight Committee probe into Joe Biden heated up.

Before assuring Schwerin the story would not run, Bedingfield relayed a familiar script used by Biden over the years to wave away scrutiny of his potential role in the family enterprise. The conversation followed a New York Times article about the family’s business in Ukraine.

“VP just finished an interview with the Bloomberg reporter traveling with us and she asked about it [Times story], though she assures me she is doing everything she can do to not use it,” she told Schwerin, noting her talking points for Joe Biden. “No one has any doubt about my record on corruption, I don’t talk to my son about his business, and my children don’t talk to me about mine, I have complete faith in my son,” she recounted.

After the Bloomberg story was published, Schwerin complained to Bedingfield, “Guess Bloomberg reporter didn’t have the ability to convince her editors not to make her write the story……”

Bedingfield responded, “Really frustrating,” noting her hope the article would not “trigger” a third article on the topic.

The 2015 stories from the Times and Bloomberg were spawned by Hunter’s board membership on the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma. Hunter joined the board in April 2014, two years before Joe Biden stated he forced the firing of Ukraine prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma. Despite Hunter’s lack of experience in Ukraine or the energy sector, he was paid $83,000 per month by the energy company, or $1 million per year — just weeks after his father was announced “point person” on U.S. foreign policy toward Ukraine.

The email thread between Bedingfield and Schwerin is the latest trove uncovered from the National Archives by America First Legal. The new troves of emails unearthed by a lawsuit against the Archives show Biden and Hunter coordinated through their respective associates to respond to questions from reporters about if Hunter’s position on Burisma’s board undermined then-Vice President Biden’s credibility in pushing anti-corruption measures.

On Monday, America First Legal revealed then-Vice President Biden approved an official statement in December 2015 about Hunter Biden’s position on a Ukrainian energy company’s board despite claims he was not involved with the family’s business.

A third trove released from the Archives showed Hunter advised the Office of Vice President Biden in 2014 on how to handle media inquiries regarding his position on the board of Burisma, a potential violation of federal law due to Hunter failing to register as a foreign agent.

'Woke' DOD official Kelisa Wing reassigned after GOP highlights anti-white tweets
[NYPOST] Self-described "woke" Defense Department schools official Kelisa Wing, whose anti-white social media comments garnered national attention last fall, has been reassigned to an unrelated role, The Post has learned.
To be honest, she doesn't sound like a fun dinner date.
The Defense Department in October launched a 30-day review of Wing — the now-former education activity chief diversity equity and inclusion officer — after her Twitter posts with disparaging comments about white people resurfaced.

"I’m so exhausted at these white folx in these [professional development] sessions this lady actually had the CAUdacity to say black people can be racist too," she wrote in one post from June 2020, using a portmanteau for "Caucasian audacity."

While Wing’s job change came after the DoD completed its review, Undersecretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness Gilbert Cisneros Jr. said it took place not as a "disciplinary action" but rather "as part of a headquarters restructuring."

But at a House Military Personnel Subcommittee hearing on the impacts of "diversity, equity, and inclusion" in the DoD and military, Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) said she was skeptical that the job change was made purely for reorganizational reasons.

“I have a feeling that has to do with the fact that we [Republicans] have shined light on this,” she said.

While she and other lawmakers had requested updates on Wing’s review months earlier, Stefanik said she received a letter just three hours before the hearing where the matter would be discussed.

“I wrote a letter to the department in September of last year and did not receive a response. It was only when I wrote a follow-up letter in November of last year [that] we did finally get a response in December stating the department was conducting an inquiry into this matter,” she said.

Biden irked by Kamala Harris not 'rising to occasion'
[NYPOST] Two former White House officials said President Joe Biden
...... 46th president of the U.S. Being a self-defined foreign policy whiz kid means never having to say you're sorry......
is frustrated with Vice President Kámala Harris
Former Oakland mayor Willie Brown's former mistress, then a senatrix from California, and then a former 2020 Dem presidential hopeful. She dropped out because she was polling in negative numbers because of racism or misogyny or something like that. Her father is a Marxist professor emeritus at Stanford and her mother is an Indian of the Hindoo tribe. She is reputedly the proud descendant of a long line of women. Joe Biden picked her for her skin tone, feeling she could also bring in the Native American, women's, and bimbo votes. She's an outstanding exemplar of the Peter Principle, proudly displaying her level of competence in her handling of the Biden Border Surge
’ performance — even if he remains committed to keeping her as his running mate in the 2024 election, a new report reveals.

The 80-year-old Biden, who has gone out of his way to praise Harris in recent public remarks, reportedly has griped about his No. 2’s reluctance to take on risky assignments.

"A point of tension in their relationship is that I don’t think that the president sees her as somebody who takes anything off of his plate" due to a "fear of messing up," one former White House official told Rooters.

Another former White House official told the wire service that Biden, already the oldest-ever president, intends to seek a second term in part because he’s concerned that Harris may not be able to beat former President Donald Trump
...The tack in the backside of the Democratic Party...
, who is seeking the GOP nomination.

"If he did not think she was capable, he would not have picked her. But it is a question of consistently rising to the occasion," that former official said.

That said, alongside Lowspark, I actually do think she is trying her best, its just that, yeah...

They'll play Weekend and Brandon's as long as possible, because a President Harris would blow the head off the whole joke.

#8  In my experience businesses that are in the process of failing fixate on some irrelevant issue like the smoking policy. Biden has divorced himself from the real issue - him. He stumbles about, he says incoherent stuff, and he signs initiatives crafted by Obama that are destructive. Somehow the problem is his understudy. Biden is failing along a track plotted by Obama and doesn’t understand that the intended destination is a total obliteration of our way of life and much of the world’s economy to be replaced by a worldwide totalitarian government. In Joe’s mind the issue is Kamala whose Constitutional role boils down the breaking ties in the Senate.

#9  I find it humorous that anyone pretends that Biden is aware of anything going on. He's a barely walking, barely talking vegetable. He's not running this show and never has been.
