[Townhall] On Wednesday, the Minneapolis Police Department said they would not investigate domestic violence allegations against Rep. Keith Ellison, who also serves as the Democratic National Committee's deputy chair. MPD said they won't conduct an investigation due to a conflict of interest, or the appearances of a conflict of interest, the Associated Press reported.
Minnesota Democratic officials asked MPD to conduct an investigation into allegations made by Ellison's ex-girlfriend, Karen Monahan, after their attorney found her claims to be unsubstantiated.
MPD said they're currently in talks with other agencies to see who they can refer the case to.
Ellison allegedly called Monahan a "f--king b--ch" and dragged her off a bed by her feet. The allegations were thrown into the public eye when Monahan's son posted on Facebook detailing what he had witnessed and evidence he found on his mother's computer. Her son, Austin, claimed to have seen numerous text messages and video evidence showing Ellison abusing Monahan.

having read the report issued by the lawyer hired by the DFLP to investigate, I find myself torn between being sickened by Ellison and being sickened by Ms. Monahan.
I don't doubt that Ellison emotionally abused Monahan but Monahan was, it seems, a drama queen and jerked Ellison around too. They have emotionally punished each other quite a bit but investigating it seems difficult.
Regarding violence against Ms Monohan, there was, per Ms. Monohan, only one incident and it didn't result in any injury so I don't see much to investigate there.

Very useful information, lord garth. Well then, if we can’t have him brought to book legitimately, let us heartily wish them the opportunity to spend the rest of their lives tearing at each other like maddened hamsters.
[ConservativeTreehouse] In a letter released last night from a former boyfriend of Christine Blasey-Ford, there was a name curiously not redacted. The name of Monica L McLean was revealed as a life-long friend who Ms. Ford helped with polygraph preparation.
The media has begun to focus on the letter as outlining a lie told by Ms. Ford during recent congressional testimony… But the backstory to Ms. Monica Lee McLean is an even bigger story.
In addition to boyfriend noting Ms. Monica L McLean in the current letter, Ms. Monica Lee McLean was also one of the signatories of another letter from the Holton-Arms class of 1984 bolstering the credibility of Ms. Blasey-Ford.

[The Hill] Congressional investigators have confirmed that a top FBI official met with Democratic Party lawyers to talk about allegations of Donald Trump-Russia collusion weeks before the 2016 election, and before the bureau secured a search warrant targeting Trump’s campaign.
Former FBI general counsel James Baker met during the 2016 season with at least one attorney from Perkins Coie, the Democratic National Committee’s private law firm.
That’s the firm used by the DNC and Hillary Clinton’s campaign to secretly pay research firm Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence operative, to compile a dossier of uncorroborated raw intelligence alleging Trump and Moscow were colluding to hijack the presidential election.
The dossier, though mostly unverified, was then used by the FBI as the main evidence seeking a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant targeting the Trump campaign in the final days of the campaign.
The revelation was confirmed both in contemporaneous evidence and testimony secured by a joint investigation by Republicans on the House Judiciary and Government Oversight committees, my source tells me.
It means the FBI had good reason to suspect the dossier was connected to the DNC’s main law firm and was the product of a Democratic opposition-research effort to defeat Trump ‐ yet failed to disclose that information to the FISA court in October 2016, when the bureau applied for a FISA warrant to surveil Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.
"This is a bombshell that unequivocally shows the real collusion was between the FBI and Donald Trump’s opposition ‐ the DNC, Hillary and a Trump-hating British intel officer ‐ to hijack the election, rather than some conspiracy between Putin and Trump," a knowledgeable source told me.
[FoxNews] A Democratic congressional intern was arrested Wednesday and accused of posting the personal information of at least one Republican senator during last week's hearing about sexual assault claims against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, authorities said. Working for?
U.S. Capitol Police said 27-year-old Jackson Cosko was charged with making public restricted personal information, witness tampering, threats in interstate communication, unauthorized access of a government computer, identity theft, second-degree burglary and unlawful entry. Police added that the investigation was continuing and more charges could be filed.
Senior congressional sources tell Fox News that Cosko most recently worked as an unpaid intern for Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee, D-Texas. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Stupid Weave)
He previously worked with Sen. Maggie Hassan, D-N.H., and former Democratic Sen. Barbara Boxer of California. He also worked or interned with the office of Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, as well as with at least one other unnamed lawmaker. A LinkedIn page with Cosko's name on it describes him as a "Democratic Political Professional & Cybersecurity Graduate Student." So... worked for all those that pushed the hardest against Kavanaugh... and is unpaid? Uh huh. Either a true believer or plausible deniability?
Jackson Lee's office told Fox News that Cosko had only worked there for a couple of months, but has now been terminated.
"It's unfortunate," Glenn Rushing, Jackson Lee's chief of staff, told Fox News. Rushing added that the congresswoman's office is "cooperating with law enforcement." Oh I'm sure they are as their hands are "clean". They didn't give all this info and suggest things to this man. No sir. Rogue agent and all that.
Hassan's office has had two substantial personnel issues in recent months. Earlier this year, an intern for the senator shouted "Mr. President, f--- you!" across the Capitol Rotunda at President Trump as he was being escorted into the office of House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis. Hassan's office declined to comment on Cosko's arrest.
Personal information of Sens. Lindsey Graham, Mike Lee and Orrin Hatch was posted on their respective Wikipedia pages Thursday as the Senate Judiciary Committee questioned Kavanaugh over allegations that he assaulted Christine Blasey Ford at a high school party in the early 1980s. All three have professed their belief that Kavanaugh is innocent of the claims brought against him by Ford, with Graham telling the federal judge "you've got nothing to apologize for" amid a fiery rant denouncing Democrats' handling of the allegations.
The intentional publication of the information was first caught by a Twitter bot that automatically tracks any changes made to Wikipedia entries from anyone located in the U.S. Congress and publicizes them on the social media site. The bot account later deleted the tweets because the edits contained personal information. According to the bot, whoever posted the information did so from a computer in the House of Representatives.
The home addresses of the senators appeared to be correct, though the phone numbers didn't appear to be entirely accurate. A "home" phone number listed for Graham appeared to direct callers to the Sexual Minority Youth Assistance League (SMYAL), a Washington D.C.-based advocacy group.
Sources tell Fox News that authorities are looking into the possibility that at least two other senators were doxxed.
Fox News has also learned that Cosko was discovered by aides Tuesday night working on a computer in a Capitol Hill office that did not belong to Jackson Lee. He was arrested at his Washington home the following day. Capitol Hill security officials plan to scrub the computers in question. So there isn't any nasty evidence left behind huh?
I got an idea. Just shoot the fucker and bill the Dems he worked for for funeral, security and IT cleaning costs. Should run into $45,000 each. Only payable from personal funds and not reimbursable from the taxpayers.
Oyh... and also a 30 year ban on hiring interns. Unpaid or otherwise. Have fun, darlings!
Today, the United States Capitol Police arrested the Suspect who allegedly posted private, identifying information (doxing) about one or more United States Senators to the internet.
Jackson A. COSKO, age 27, of Washington, D.C., has initially been charged with 18 USC § 119 Making Public Restricted Personal Information; 18 USC § 1512(b)(3) (Witness Tampering); 18 USC § 875(d) (Threats in Interstate Communications); 18 USC §1030(a)(3) (Unauthorized Access of a Government Computer); 18 USC § 1028(a)(7) (Identity Theft); DC Code § 22-801(b) (Second Degree Burglary), and DC Code §22-3302 (b) (Unlawful Entry).
The investigation will continue and additional charges may be forthcoming. Ummm... Pajama Boy? Is that you?
Anomalous Sources gives us Heavy.com’s Jackson Cosko: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know, which includes the gentleman’s busy political work history going back to 2011. AS also gives us an image of this particular Pajama Boy and comments, “What is it with Dems and the mysteries of "cybersecurity?"”

A patsy, how convenient. Straight from central casting for a prototypical liberal true believer beta-male at that, smugness, pencil-neck and all. All he is missing is the man-bun.

Does look like a patsy, protecting some internet clueless dem higher upper, to me.
[American Thinker] Uh-oh! It looks as though DiFi (or as Clarice Feldman calls her, ChiFi) has an inkling that that traps may be springing and witnesses singing in ways that will not help the Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee and beyond. Yesterday, she said of the forthcoming FBI report demanded by Judiciary Committee Dems plus Flake, "It would seem to me that if people are going to be identified, this ought to be held very close."
Wait! I thought the American people had a right to know!
For reasons known to himself but not me, Mitch McConnell agrees:
McConnell confirmed on Tuesday afternoon that the report will only be seen by senators and will not be made publicly available.
Is Mitch planning to use it for leverage, threatening to expose bad behavior by Judiciary Committee Dems? Or the witness Blasey Ford? Or her well connected lawyers?
We're going to have to wait and see.
Given the level of anger, whichever side comes out better will likely leak it.

So now every member has to read it on the SCIF which is a big pain in the ass and hard to staff out, and not accessible to the American people for the month we had to suffer through this.
Ergo, we waited a month for the likes of difi and pelosi and whoever to make the up or down vote.
NOW I AM HOT.
This is over right now.
You have no ideal about what I AM about to do to you after what you did to This Man.
I have ALL YOUR records. My advice is to retire now before I start revoking retirement for all House Members

Second opinion? Could it be that Feinstein provided a copy of the Ford document to the FBI when she first received it? The FBI investigated it, and told her it was total, unsubstantiated bullshi*.

IMO, Christine Glassy Ford was not some hapless victim who wrote to her Congresswoman. She was a part of a plot to keep Kavanaugh off SCOTUS. Instead this was another Dem Deepstate machination to thwart the will of the American people much like Russiagate. The longer this went on the more was revealed about the Dems and their evil and nothing about Kavanaugh. No wonder ChiDi wanted to bury the results of the FBI investigation. The American people should be justifiably outraged and vote Republican.
