Boy oh boy, the left are pushing Fauxahontas' speech hard now, while the right is saying: The Levee Breaks: Democrats Rage Against Obama Over Wall Street Giveaway
From TFA:
Early Friday evening Sen. Elizabeth Warren took to the Senate floor and gave a plain-spoken, barn-burning speech that could make history and put her into serious contention to be the next President of the United States.
There are only a handful of political speeches that have such historic impact. Barack Obama's keynote speech at the 2004 Democratic Convention comes readily to mind. It's what catapulted an obscure Illinois state Senator into the national limelight and put him on the path to becoming President.
Warren's Senate speech was different, but just as electrifying.
Obama's rhetoric was lofty, high-minded, and general, with a feel-good unifying message that there's no blue America or red America but only the United States of America.
Warren's rhetoric is more down to earth, substantive, and frankly, angrier, unafraid of calling out by name the institutions--the big banks and Citigroup in particular--which tanked the economy, cost millions of Americans their jobs and homes, were bailed out with half a trillion dollars of taxpayer money, and then used their fortunes to buy Congress and make it more likely they'll be bailed out again. Moreover, she was unafraid to take on the President of her own party, and the numerous members of his administration drawn from Citigroup and other big banks through the endless revolving door between Washington and Wall Street.
Here's the heart of Warren's speech: More at the link. Warren is another leftist fascist who will run as a populist. With any luck the fight for the Leftist nomination of president will come down to between Hillary and this jamoke.

A century ago Teddy Roosevelt was America's Trust-Buster. He went after the giant trusts
and monopolies in this country, and a lot of people talk about how those trust deserved to be broken up because they had too much economic power.
The biggest monopoly is the Federal Government. Elizabeth Warren is a big government statist. I just hope people don't fall for her line of bull$&*# like they did for the 2008 snakeoil salesman. She has similar qualifications as Obumble--none. She is a elitist Harvard University lawyer just like Obama with no practical experience at anything. Another Affirmative Action candidate. 300 of Obama's organizers are offering up their support for Fauxahontas. If she were anymore left, she would have to be running on the Communist Party ticket.

Chief Warren has a much better political ear than Our gal Hillary, she will get the Dem base if she runs, which I think she will, she won't be able to move to the center 'al la Bammer or young Mr. Clinton. Thus, I will send her money.

You guys say what you will about Fauxahontas but the whole concept of "too big to fail" makes me see red and she just might gain some traction with it. The bailouts felt to me like armed robbery and I was on the wrong end of the gun. I always thought capitalism means that if you fail you fail and the thirteenth story window is always there for you. If she's giving speeches like this and the RINOs succeed in nominating Jeb Bush, the RINOs might be in trouble. I could not in good conscience vote for either one of them.

She's anti-capitalism, the rage against wall street is just cover. Remember, she said she inspired the Occupy assholes who are currently joined up with blacks, ANSWER and New Black Panthers in shutting Cities down.
The "too big to fail" was wrong, but President J.P. Morgan and Bawney Fwank and Chris Dodd should be your target there

Folks, let her work to win the Dimocrat nomination. In the larger, more moderate and conservative population, she's a sure loser. She's win the Northeast around Mass, and loony progressive West coast, but nothing in between - certainly not any state in the south, and probably not any of the western-mountain states, and likely not even the idiots in Minnesota would vote for her once people get wind of her hard progressive anti-capitalism.. She might even push Illinois into the red.

Next month Americans will experience the fifteenth anniversary of the time that the President of the United States shook his finger at the country and informed it, “I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky. I never told anybody to lie, not a single time; never.”
Bill Clinton was lying. But the lie was more significant than the thing that he was lying about.
When the lie came crashing down, Clinton and his defenders deconstructed the English language, questioning the meaning of every word in his sentence rather than admit that the lie was a lie.
Given a choice between telling the truth or challenging the definitions of such words as “sex” and “is”, they decided to burn their dictionary.
Clinton’s antics set the stage for a current administration which can never be caught in a lie because it’s lying all the time. Obama and his people don’t just lie, they lie about the lies and then they lie about those lies. Bringing them in to testify just clogs the filters with an extra layer of lies.
Invite Gruber to testify about the time that he admitted that the administration had been lying and the only thing that will happen is more lies being told by a man who is there only because he lied.
[GayPatriot] A Christian group went to thirteen gay-owned bakeries and requested each of them to bake a cake promoting traditional marriage; and of course, recognizing that they were obligated to serve any customer regardless of ideological differences, they happily obliged.
Nope, just kidding. All thirteen not only refused, but some were very nasty about it. Not that there's anything wrong with that. /sarc

You can't shame these people (all leftards)---because they're shameless. So, unless there are tangible adverse consequences for them, you've achieved nothing---except "strengthening their resolve".

What can't go on for ever, won't. The underlying assumption of all these special interest groups is the environment they exist in will go on forever. And then there were those who were absolutely surprised when the Soviet Union collapsed. If and when that happens here, there, anywhere, all those special interest groups will move from snowflakes to scapegoats. The more animus they build, the more the consequences they will reap. That's history.

Thomas Sowell predicts Iran will use a nuclear device on the US, and Obambi will immediately surrender. Where do the gays think they will be then? In a soccer field getting their heads cut off? Or do they think the enemies they are making now in the US will defend them?

Only for lawyers. In a sane world we'd just rely on the fact that turning down business might be freedom of association, but it's not good for profits.
