#3  How many national languages they have?

From the CIA Factbook (2019 est.):
Mossi 52.9%
Fula 7.8%
Gourmantche 6.8%
Dyula 5.7%
Bissa 3.3%
Gurunsi 3.2%
French (official) 2.2%
Bwamu 2%
Dagara 2%
San 1.7%
Marka 1.6%
Bobo 1.5%
Senufo 1.5%
Lobi 1.2%
other 6.6%

tl;dr: Basically one for every ethic group in the country

Since French is out, what next? If they choose an indigenous language, it means tribal war with somebody as you can see from the above list. All the good languages are already taken by the various colonial oppressors. I recommend they pick Esperanto. Esperanto is the language of the Future (and always will be).
What could be more African than that?

Niger: General Abdourahamane Tiani on official visit to Togo
[AFRICANEWS] General Abdourahamane Tiani, head of the junta in power in Niger since the July 26 military coup, met Togolese President Faure Gnassingbé in Lomé on Friday to strengthen bilateral relations, at a time when Niger is being suffocated by economic sanctions.

The two leaders "reaffirmed (...) the will to deepen bilateral cooperation", and announced the opening of a Togolese embassy in Niamey, according to a statement from the Togolese presidency on Friday evening.

In addition to cooperation on security issues linked to rising insecurity in the region, Mr. Tiani and Mr. Gnassingbé discussed collaboration "on transit and transport on the Lomé-Ouagadougou-Niamey corridor", "once the situation has returned to normal".

Although a member of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), Togo has taken several initiatives to mediate with the military regime in Niger, at the latter's request.

Since the overthrow of President Mohammed Bazoum in July and the seizure of power by the junta, Niger has been subject to economic and financial sanctions by Ecowas, making daily life increasingly difficult for the population.

The question of sanctions against Niamey is due to be debated on Sunday in the Nigerian capital, Abuja, at the annual Ecowas summit.

On December 3, Nigeria, which holds the presidency of Ecowas, called on Niamey's military rulers to release the deposed president and allow him to travel "to a third country" before "discussing the lifting of sanctions". But Niamey asserted that "nothing bad will happen" to Mohammed Bazoum, ruling out a "transfer to a foreign country".

In escalation, Houthis vow to target all Israel-bound ships in Red Sea
How can they tell a ship isn’t headed for Syria or Lebanon rather than Israel?
[IsraelTimes] Iran-backed group says attacks will escalate if aid does not reach Gaza; Israeli official: If world does not deal with Houthis, Israel will act

"If Gazoo

The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. ...a Zaidi Shia insurgent group operating in Yemen. They have also been referred to as the Believing Youth. Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi is said to be the spiritual leader of the group and most of the military leaders are his relatives. The legitimate Yemeni government has accused the them of having ties to the Iranian government. Honest they did. The group has managed to gain control over all of Saada Governorate and parts of Amran, Al Jawf and Hajjah Governorates. Its slogan is God is Great, Death to America™, Death to Israel, a curse on the Jews They like shooting off... ummm... missiles that they would have us believe they make at home in their basements. On the plus side, they did murder Ali Abdullah Saleh, which was the only way the country was ever going to be rid of him...
military spokesperson Yahya Sare’e announced in a video statement.

Furthermore, Sare’e posted on X that his forces would "prevent [passage of] all the ships heading to the Zionist entity from any nationality, if the food and medicine [are prevented from entering] the Gaza Strip, and [they] will become a legitimate target for our armed forces.

"Out of concern for the safety of maritime navigation, we warn all ships and companies against dealing with Israeli ports," Sare’e wrote, adding that this was "as a result of the Zionist enemy’s ongoing horrific massacres, genocide, and siege against Paleostinians in Gaza."

The Biden administration has urged Israel not to respond to recent attacks by the Houthis, the Wall Street Journal reported Thursday.

But Israeli National Security Council chairman Tzachi Hanegbi said in a Channel 12 interview on Saturday night that if the international community does not deal with the threat posed by the Houthis in Yemen
...an area of the Arabian Peninsula sometimes mistaken for a country. It is populated by more antagonistic tribes and factions than you can keep track of...
, "Israel will act." He did not elaborate on what measures would be taken.

US Navy ships have shot down an array of drones headed their way that are believed to have been launched by the terror group from territory it controls in Yemen.

But so far, the US has avoided military retaliation — a marked difference from its multiple strikes against Iran-backed militias in Iraq and Syria that have fired rockets, missiles, and drones at bases housing American forces in both countries.

No one has been reported hurt in the Houthi incidents, although fat merchantmen suffered some damage.

Houthi rebels swept down from their northern stronghold in Yemen and seized the capital, Sanaa, in 2014, launching a grinding war. A Saudi-led coalition intervened in 2015 to try to restore Yemen’s exiled, internationally recognized government to power.

The Houthis are part of the "axis of resistance" against Israel along with Hamas
...a contraction of the Arabic words for "frothing at the mouth",...
— which is also sponsored by Tehran.

'Top secret' migrant camp caught operating out of empty aircraft hanger in Texas
[Mail via WND] President Joe Biden's lax border policies have created a situation that grows more dystopian by the day.

The U.K.'s Daily Mail reported Thursday that the city of San Antonio has operated a "top secret migrant camp" for more than eight months. Located in an empty hangar at the city's airport, the camp houses hundreds of migrants each day at taxpayer expense, according to the report.

Incredibly, elected officials had no idea the camp existed until a few weeks ago.

"When I found out about this, I lost my mind," San Antonio City Council member Marc Whyte told the Daily Mail.

"What the hell is going on next to the airport. Any expansion of migrant holding facilities I, of course, am adamantly against," he said.

Biden's TSA Designates Special Airport Screening Line for Migrants Without Required ID
Not the Bee.
[Breitbart] Migrants recently released by the Border Patrol waited patiently to board flights leaving the region at the Tucson International Airport on Friday afternoon. The event marks their last day on the southwest border and their first day of free movement across the United States.

Despite the firm requirements for United States citizens and legally admitted international travelers to possess valid forms of identification to board aircraft, the migrants were shuffled through a “special” security screening line set up by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), specifically for migrants — many without any identification whatsoever.

As Breitbart Texas watched, several regular travelers were politely told to exit the special “migrant security line” because they were not non-citizens. The migrants traveling on Friday carried manila envelopes that contained a Notice to Appear and documents showing the migrants were released from federal custody on their own recognizance.

None of the computer-generated documents bear photographs of the migrants or appear on the list of TSA-acceptable identification. Breitbart Texas spoke to several migrant family groups who said they were waiting for an afternoon flight to LaGuardia Airport in Queens, New York.

The migrants were brought to the airport by non-government migrant shelter volunteers who escorted small groups of migrants through the terminal prior to takeoff time. The “guide” explained the layout of the airport. The migrants were guided to the ticketing and baggage area and subsequently directed to the TSA security checkpoint for “non-U.S. citizens without passports.”

According to the current TSA regulations, adult passengers 18 and older must show valid identification at the airport checkpoint to travel. Acceptable identification listed by the TSA includes state driver’s licenses, U.S. passports, DHS trusted traveler cards, U.S. Department of Defense ID, Legal Permanent Resident cards, and foreign passports, among other similar government-issued photo-bearing identification cards.

A caveat at the bottom of the list reads, “In coordination with its DHS counterparts, TSA has identified acceptable alternate identification for use in special circumstances at the checkpoint.” This likely refers to the procedures that allow migrants released by the Border Patrol to board aircraft without such identification.

The latest surge of migrants crossing into the United States in Arizona has resulted in the increase of migrants being released into the country to pursue asylum claims as Border Patrol-run facilities at the border remain over capacity. According to a source within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, more than 4,000 migrants are being held in the Tucson area in a space designated to hold slightly more than 2,600.

As reported by Breitbart Texas, detention capacity and transportation issues have resulted in hundreds of migrants waiting days for transportation at the foot of the border wall in Lukeville.

The source says capacity issues facing the Border Patrol and the need to quickly release the migrants pose a significant risk to national security. According to an investigative report by the DHS Office of the Inspector General, in April 2022, one migrant on the Terrorist Watch List was released by the Border Patrol in Yuma, Arizona. The report noted a series of failures by multiple DHS agencies resulted in the failure to conclusively determine that the migrant was on the Terrorist Watchlist, resulting in the release from custody.

The migrant and family members were later encountered attempting to board an aircraft by TSA security screening personnel at the Palm Springs International Airport. Despite the second encounter by DHS personnel, the migrant was ultimately able to travel to Tampa, Florida, and was not rearrested by ICE for more than two weeks.

In the report, Border Patrol agents assigned to process migrants at the Central Processing Center (CPC) in Yuma revealed the inherent security risk of dealing with a significant surge in migrant crossings. The unidentified agents told investigators, “The Yuma CPC was over capacity following an increase in apprehensions, which created pressure to quickly process migrants and decreased the time available to review each file,”.

As reported by Breitbart Texas, the Border Patrol apprehended nearly 190,000 migrants entering the United States illegally at the southern border in November. The Tucson Border Patrol Sector, which includes Lukeville and San Miguel, continues to lead the southwest border with the apprehension of nearly 119,000 migrants during October and November. More than 17,000 migrants crossed into the Tucson Border Patrol Sector in one seven-day period in December.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
Egypt mulls plans for global resettlement for Gaza's Palestinian population, report says
[Ynet] Despite Egypt’s continuous and public opposition to Gazans entering its territory following Israel's war against Hamas, Cairo is preparing for the possibility such a scenario would happen against its will.

Arab newspaper Al-Akhbar quoted sources on Saturday claiming that Egypt is exploring ways to deal with the Palestinian migration that may begin in early 2024. One option the country is looking into is the possibility that other countries will agree to host the Gazans who’ll be allowed to leave via the Rafah border crossing.

According to this scenario, Egypt will accept hundreds of thousands of Gazans based on criteria related to medical and humanitarian conditions, or those with immigration visas, foreign student visas, etc.

These individuals will stay in Egypt for a limited period at the beginning before moving to other countries where they’ll receive special status.
They’ll be “refugees” and live in “refugee camps”, supported by international and UN largess — just like back home in Gaza.
According to sources who spoke with the newspaper, the change in Cairo's position comes from the understanding that the Strip’s destruction is still ongoing, and the assumption that Israel will prevent attempts at reconstruction and limit humanitarian aid further, making life in Gaza difficult.

Egypt has started examining whether Arab countries in North Africa and the Gulf States will agree to receive immigration quotas. Meanwhile, Cairo is seeking broad economic support from Europe, the United States and other Arab states. Egypt is also interested in promoting scholarships for Gazan students in the West and Turkey, allowing them to move there with their families.
Good, if true.

IDF needs about 2 more months in Gaza to wrap up 1st stage of war, Israel believes
[IsraelTimes] In new report, defense official says military requires 3-4 weeks to complete operations in southern Hamas stronghold of Khan Younis and further 3-4 weeks of intensive fighting

The Israeli military needs another three to four weeks to complete its current offensive in southern Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
’s Khan Younis and a similar amount of time after that to wrap up the first stage of the war against Hamas
...one of the armed feet of the Moslem Brüderbund millipede,...
, according to a senior Israeli defense official.

The official told Axios in a report on Friday that while the US has not given Israel a deadline on ending its military operations in Gaza following Hamas’s October 7 massacres, Washington has expressed that time was running out.

Israel is just over two months into a war with Hamas in Gaza, after the terror group launched an unprecedented attack on Israel on October 7, when thousands of holy warriors burst through the borders into southern Israeli communities, killed 1,200 people, mostly civilians, and took about 240 hostages.

Israel declared war and has vowed to destroy Hamas following the shock terror onslaught, and to exercise caution to protect Gazook civilians who, according to defense officials, are used as human shields by Hamas holy warriors deeply entrenched inside Gaza’s civilian fabric.

The defense official who spoke to Axios said the US and Israel disagreed by about a month on how long the war should continue, without further specifying.

According to the official, the Biden administration would be happy for Israel to finish intensive operations by the end of the month, but Jerusalem believes it needs until at least the end of January.

"The American message is that they would like to see us finish the fighting sooner, with less harm to Paleostinian civilians and more humanitarian assistance for Gaza. We would also like this to happen, but the enemy does not always agree," the official was quoted as saying.

"The Americans understand this and we are working together. We need them and they need us," the official added.

A spokesperson for the US National Security Council told Axios in a statement that this was Israel’s war against Hamas and "the Israelis will decide their course."

"We will continue to support Israel’s efforts to defend itself from Hamas terrorists," the spokesperson said.

According to a separate report Friday, in Politico, which cited three anonymous Israeli officials, Biden administration officials have told Israel it has until the end of 2023 to conclude the war in Gaza against Hamas.

The news outlet noted US Secretary of State Antony Blinken
...71st United States secretary of state and a leading light of the corrupt and inept Biden administration. He previously served as deputy national security advisor from 2013 to 2015 and deputy secretary of state from 2015 to 2017 under the corrupt and inept Obama administration. He advocated for the 2003 invasion of Iraq while serving as the Democratic staff director of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee from 2002 to 2008. He was a foreign policy advisor for the Biden 2008 presidential campaign. During his tenure in the Obama administration, Blinken helped craft B.O.'s policy on Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the nuclear program of Iran. We all saw how well each of those worked. After leaving government service, Blinken moved into the private sector, co-founding WestExec Advisors, a lobbying firm...
’s reported warning last week that Israel likely has "weeks," not months, to wrap up the fighting.

Responding to the Politico report late Friday, an NSC spokesperson indicated it was inaccurate: "These are Israeli military operations, and the Israelis will decide their course. We will continue to support Israel’s efforts to defend itself from Hamas terrorists," the spokesperson said.

On Thursday, another top US official expressed strong backing for Israel’s objectives in the war to destroy Hamas and said Washington had given no "firm deadline" on ending the war.

US Deputy National Security Adviser Jon Finer said during an on-stage interview at the Aspen Security Conference that Israel "has said that Hamas can no longer govern, can no longer be in charge of Gaza. We think that is a very legitimate objective, given what has happened on October 7 and since."

Israel’s second main objective is that Hamas will no longer be allowed to pose the type of threat that it posed to Israel on October 7. "Frankly, if the war were stopped today, it would continue to pose [such a threat], which is why we’re not in place yet of asking Israel to stop or for a ceasefire," Finer said.

The US on Friday vetoed a United Nations
...an organization which on balance has done more bad than good, with the good not done well and the bad done thoroughly...
resolution backed by almost all other Security Council members and many other nations demanding an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, where Paleostinian civilians are facing what the UN chief calls a "humanitarian nightmare."

Washington has been pressing Israel to increase humanitarian aid to the Strip and the urgent need for maximum efforts to protect civilian life in Gaza amid a mounting corpse count in the Hamas-ruled territory.

Blinken on Thursday issued the strongest warning to date on civilian losses, describing "a gap" between what Israel had pledged to do to protect Paleostinian non-combatants and the results on the ground so far since military operations expanded into the south of the Strip last week.

Blinken said it remains "imperative" that Israel do more to prevent harm to civilians and that he had received assurances on this issue from Israeli officials during his visit last week.

"There does remain a gap between exactly what I said when I was there, between the intent to protect civilians and the actual results that we’re seeing on the ground," he said Thursday at a joint news conference in Washington with visiting British Foreign Secretary David Cameron
...Empty suit Brit pol, former PM, has stated that he is certainly a big Thatcher fan, but I don't know whether that makes me a Thatcherite, which means he's not. Since he is not deeply ideological he lacks core principles and is easily led. The defense official who spoke to Axios said Israeli forces "have made significant progress" in the northern part of the Gaza Strip since late October when Israel launched its ground campaign, but that maneuvering in the southern city of Khan Younis, where Israel believes much of the Hamas leadership is located, "has just started."

The IDF has been pushing into Hamas strongholds across Gaza and forces have encircled the Strip’s major urban centers as they seek to destroy Hamas over its unprecedented assault on Israel on October 7.

Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said Friday that there were signs the terror group’s defenses were cracking.

Israel has killed over 7,000 terrorists, no deadline for Gaza war — national security adviser
[IsraelTimes] National Security Adviser Tzachi Hanegbi says in a lengthy television interview that it is impossible to say how much longer the ongoing war against the Hamas
...a regional Iranian catspaw,...
terror group in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
will last, and that it may not even be possible to measure it "in months."

"The Americans have not set any deadline" for the end of the operation in Gaza, Hanegbi tells Channel 12 news. "Yesterday they denied setting a deadline. They understand that they can’t tell the IDF how long it needs to achieve the goals... They share the goals of returning the hostages, which is a campaign that a date cannot be set for, and of destroying Hamas. Therefore, the assessment [that achieving the goals of the war in Gaza] cannot be measured in weeks is correct, and I’m not sure it can be measured in months."

Hanegbi says that he believes Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar will want Hamas to fight to the end, "but if we kill him, and that’s the plan, it is possible that the leadership that succeeds him may understand that to avoid his fate, it will need to leave Gaza, defeated." He indicates that killing Sinwar, therefore, may be a key step toward both war aims — destroying Hamas in Gaza and returning the hostages.

"I don’t think [Sinwar] has internalized that the IDF will get to everywhere it wants in Gaza," he warns.

He says that at least 7,000 snuffies have been killed during the war so far. It isn’t clear if this figure includes the at least 1,000 killed inside Israel in the immediate aftermath of the mass invasion and onslaught of October 7.

Hanegbi says the IDF is now very near to the Hamas centers of command in Jabaliya and Shejaiya, two key Hamas centers in northern Gaza.

He says IDF efforts to rescue hostages are incredibly high risk "because their captors are waiting with their fingers on the trigger" for fear of such rescue efforts. That’s how two IDF commandos were maimed yesterday in an operation, he says; two snuffies were eliminated and it turned out there were no hostages there.

"Military pressure could produce another halt in the fighting" and the release of further hostages, he says.

"We came to this operation [to eliminate Hamas] 17 years too late," he says. Today, Israel realizes that it has to be done, even at a heavy price, because the alternative will be far more costly, Hanegbi says.

Hanegbi indicates war against Hezbollah likely after defeat of Hamas
[IsraelTimes] National Security Adviser Tzachi Hanegbi indicates that intensified IDF action on the northern border is likely, though preferably not in parallel with the fighting in the Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. "Residents will not return [to the north] if we don’t do the same thing" in the north against Hezbollah, as we are doing in the south against Hamas
...the braying voice of Islamic Resistance®,...
, he tells Channel 12 news.

"We can no longer accept [Hezbollah’s elite] Radwan force sitting on the border. We can no longer accept Resolution 1701 not being implemented," he adds, referring to a UN Security Council resolution from 2006 that barred any Hezbollah presence within almost 30 kilometers of the border with Israel.

Asked directly if there will be a war in the north, he says: "The situation in the north must be changed. And it will change. If Hezbollah agrees to change things via diplomacy, very good. But I don’t believe it will."

And therefore, he says, "when the day comes," Israel will have to act to ensure that residents of the north are no longer "displaced in their land, and to guarantee for them that the situation in the north has changed."

He notes that lots of countries have missiles pointed at Israel, including Iran, Syria and Iraq, "and Israel doesn’t invade them." The fear regarding Hezbollah’s Radwan force is that "within minutes" it could cross the border and begin a murderous rampage in northern communities, like Hamas did in the south on October 7. Israel cannot tolerate this threat any longer, he says.

He says Israel does not want to fight simultaneously on two fronts. "We are making clear to the Americans that we are not interested in war [in the north], but that we will have no alternative but to impose a new reality in the north" if Hezbollah remains a dangerous threat on the other side of the border.

US set to approve sale of Israeli tank shells for Gaza war
[Jpost] The Biden administration has asked Congress to approve the sale of 45,000 shells for Israel's Merkava tanks for use in its offensive against Hamas in Gaza, according to a US official and a former US official.

The request is being made even as concerns grow about the use of US weapons in a war that has killed thousands of civilians in the Palestinian enclave since Israel responded to an attack on Oct. 7 by Hamas terrorists.

The potential sale, worth more than $500 million, is not part of President Joe Biden's $110.5 billion supplemental request that includes funding for Ukraine and Israel. It is under informal review by the Senate Foreign Relations and House of Representatives Foreign Affairs committees, which allows members the privilege to stall the sale, or have informal discussions with the administration about concerns.

Deadly Philippine bombing exposes weakness in intel gathering as Mindanao State U bombers named
[BenarNews] A deadly bombing of a Catholic Mass in southern Marawi city this week has exposed the Philippine military’s weakness in intelligence gathering, officials said Thursday, after identifying two Filipinos as main suspects in the attack claimed by Islamic State
The national police identified two krazed killers, bomb expert Kadapi Mimbesa (also known as Engineer) and Arsani Membisa (also known as Katab) as the bombers, known operatives of Daulah Islamiyah, the local ISIS group.

Death Eaters. The bombing that killed four people who were attending the worship service on Sunday inside a gym at Mindanao State University was apparently meant as a response to the military’s sustained offensives against pro-Islamic State (IS) Death Eaters and allied groups, officials said.

"We don’t have enough capability to know everything that’s going around us," Armed Forces of the Philippines front man Col. Medel Agular said in a telephone interview with news hounds on Thursday.

Over 4,400 ISIS-linked people left Rojava camps in 2023: Coalition
[Rudaw] More than 4,400 people affiliated with the Islamic State
...formerly ISIS or ISIL, depending on your preference. Before that they were al-Qaeda in Iraq, as shaped by Abu Musab Zarqawi. They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. They fling Allah around with every other sentence, but to hear western pols talk they're not really Moslems....
(ISIS) left camps in northeast Syria and returned to their homes since the beginning of this year, the global coalition against the terror group said on Saturday, applauding Kurdish authorities for their work on the issue.

"In 2023, thanks to the enduring support from Combined Joint Task Force Operation Inherent Resolve’s local partners, the Syrian Democratic Forces, and the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, more than 4,400 people have been returned to their communities and countries of origin from these camps, helping to ease the burden of providing humanitarian services and reducing the risk of ISIS’s [ISIS] exploitation of this vulnerable population," read a statement from the US-led coalition.

Al-Hol camp, located in Hasaka province, has been branded a breeding ground for ISIS, with authorities describing the sprawling facility as a "ticking time bomb." Most of the ISIS-linked people are in this camp.

"Approximately 47,000 individuals from more than 60 countries remain in displaced person camps, 60% of whom are children including nearly 5,000 under the age of five. Repatriation is the only enduring solution," the coalition added.

US Department of State spokesperson Matthew Miller said on Friday that 96 people were repatriated from al-Hol camp by the Kyrgyz Republic, the fourth group of Kyrgyz nationals to return to their country this year.

"In total, the Kyrgyz Republic has repatriated 333 of its nationals this year, a substantial portion of the nearly 5,000 individuals returned to their countries of origin in 2023," Miller stated.

The Kurdish-led Syrian SDF, which controls northeast Syria, fought the lion’s share of the battle against ISIS and arrested thousands of the terror group’s fighters along with their wives and children when they crushed ISIS territorially and took the group’s last stronghold in 2019.

Kurdish authorities have repeatedly called on the international community to repatriate their nationals from the camps, but their calls have largely gone unanswered as most countries are unwilling to bring back their nationals due to security concerns.

Iraq has repatriated a total of 1,559 families, numbering 6,987 individuals, from Syria and brought them to al-Jadaa camp near djinn-infested Mosul
... the home of a particularly ferocious and hairy djinn...
, according to documentation from the camp seen by Rudaw English.
